The Triangle Trilogy by Scott Sigler

Infacted, Contagious and Pandemic, otherwise known as the Triangle Trilogy are a great sci-fi, end of the world thriller.

These books were a jewel of a find in a little charity shop near where I live. The covers intrigued me, so even though it’s not usually my genre of book I brought them anyway.

I was not disappointed, the first book had me gripped and I couldn’t wait to find out what would happen, it’s such a page turner. It has hero’s and villans, some of which you are never sure which side they play on! You will find yourself rooting for the good guys and characters you have come to know and love.

When an Alien cell system enters the Earth’s atmosphere it is here to do one thing, infect as many humans as possible to destroy the human race. Humans are smart and perhaps have figured this thing out and have the hope of beating it once and for all. The problem is the alien system is alive and evolving!

The information it learns from infecting the human race allow it to evolve and build better, more intelligent systems for infection. Can the people who thought they new how to stop it figure out how to beat the new strain before it’s too late?

Well you will just have to read and find out. I would not recommend reading out of order and I would also recommend having all three books before you start to read, they will have you hooked from the start. Well worth the read!
